A Club Sycuan player won more than $1.27 million over the weekend on a slot machine at Sycuan Casino Resort, according to Patch.

The casino said Santa Barbara resident Michelle K. turned an $8 bet into a $1,278,830.66 jackpot on Dancing Drums Dragon by Light & Wonder during a weekend visit. Patch reported that the win sparked an immediate celebration on the casino floor.

Sycuan Casino Resort also congratulated the winner with a complimentary stay and massage at Spa Ritual, according to the report. Rob Cinelli, the casino's general manager, called it a life-changing jackpot for the guest.

The East County casino said the seven-figure payout is its biggest jackpot of 2026 so far. After earlier six-figure wins in January and February, Sycuan has awarded more than $14.974 million in jackpots this year, Patch reported.
