San Diego County voter information pamphlets for the Nov. 3 general election are being mailed to more than 2 million registered voters beginning this weekend, according to NBC 7 San Diego and City News Service.

The county Registrar of Voters said the pamphlets include voting options, key deadlines, official ballot drop box and vote center locations, candidate statements, ballot measures and a sample ballot. Ballots are expected to start arriving the week of Oct. 5.

Voters can return ballots by mail with no postage required, at official Registrar drop boxes available Oct. 4 through Nov. 3, or at any vote center. In-person voting begins Oct. 5 at the Registrar of Voters office in Kearny Mesa.

Select vote centers open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Oct. 24, with all vote centers opening daily Oct. 31.
